I wasn't sure about moving from a condenser dryer to a heat pump dryer but information on the AO site reassured me the extra cost would save me in the longer run. With the Hoover dryer it is also managable from an app which is handy to know when it's finished or to start a program on the go. The water tank is also situated in the door so much more convenient and easy to empty rather than the draw on my old dryer.

Dryer seems very good, takes longer to dry being a heat pump dryer but seems to do the job well. Only used it twice. Like the wifi setting. Also gives you a lot of programs to choose from on the app.

Love the dryer especially with the wet weather we are getting.

Very good machine and matches my washer, so my OCD is happy. It is a heat pump model, which is supposed to be more economical, but it does take longer than my old condenser drier, to get stuff dry.

I like the dryer but I don't like people calling me to pressure sale insurance. Even when you till them your not interested 4 times.

First time with a heat pump tumble dryer and enjoying it so far. Does the job and will be more efficient to use in terms of energy and cost.

Absolutely hate this dryer. Should have sent it back. Its noisy. Drying takes forever! Program times of 2-3 hours! I have to keep coming back to check on it as I can't believe it takes this long. Drying sheets is a nightmare. They just go into a ball even on the XXL program supposed to stop them tangling. If you do leave it on a long program it's supposed to sense when its dry and adjust the time down but it rarely does this and you find things are bone dry. Really can't find anything positive to say and can't understand the 5 star reviews. Wish I'd bought another condenser dryer.
