Bought one of these as they're supposed to use less energy and I knew they would take longer to dry clothe/sheets etc. However, they take MUCH longer to dry, twice or three times as long! I don't see how it can therefore save energy - it uses less heat but runs for so much longer. I do like that you can run the water directly in to a drain, which we have available, but the kit is not included and is costly. This has to many drying options "storage dry, wardrobe dry, I think to cover up the fact that to get things bone dry. Although I can see the point of ironing dry, which it does have. Overall, I wish I'd bought the traditional venting tumbler.

Disappointingly it just takes too long to dry the clothes and each time they required further drys as they were always still damp after full cycle. Item sent back as not fit for purpose

Leaves funny smell on towels

Purchased to replace a 7 year old dryer. I had heard heat pump dryers took along time to dry, but this is certainly more efficient than the old one and dries in less time. The WiFi connection is a bit tricky to master but at least you know when the program has finished. Very pleased.

Quiet and efficient, but cycle icons are not clear what they do

Company is first class at next day delivery. Men are polite and efficient . Can’t fault them or suggest improvements.

Great works well

Excellent dryer works well drys clothes, takes a bit longer than my old one. Drain kit easy to fit, when you can find one. Good price as well.
