This dryer is mostly good, but one thing I would warn you about is that it is quite noisy! If you’re planning to put it anywhere open plan I would choose a different one. The app works great and I love loading the machine and choosing a program from the list, seeing how long is left etc. It wasn’t particularly hard to set up. There are loads of different programs to choose from. The heat pump technology is slower to dry than an older tumble dryer but my clothes seem to come out in better condition and I think it’s using less electricity.

The tumble dryer is as good as our condensation dryer but takes a little longer to complete the drying cycle, overall it is quieter and cheaper to run

It broke within the first week and we now have to wait for 2 days before an engineer can make contact to book an appointment.

Really impressed with this tumble dryer! The water emptying into the door is so much more convenient than a big drawer to yank out, and I also like the smart functions and the connection to my phone app

Enjoying the product so far, simple to install and effective in drying clothes. Will be keeping an eye to see the impact on my utility bills
