I've had this machine since mid february. This machine is perfect in most regards, very quick at drying small items. BUT it is truly dire at bed sheets and duvet covers. it contstantly 'balls up' large sheets and you end up with a solid mass rotating in the machine that is soaking in the middle after 2hrs 20 mins so wastes electricity. This morning i've had baby-sit the machine - opening it three times and untangling the load to have any hope of drying bedding.

Love my new hoover dryer. Like all the preset programs and that stops when the load is dry. Only downside, I found the fluff filter fiddly to use but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. Great delivery guys. Nothing too much trouble

Great machine, huge load capacity couldnt be happier....except I am getting old, i now have an app for a dryer? Why? what happened to the good old fashioned stick it in sensor dry, done machines lol

Excellent product easy to use

Very difficult to understand the instruction booklet. Too many options. I've had this tumble dryer more than a week and I'm still trying to find a suitable program. This machine would be much more useful if it just had a timer dial and an on/off button. Simple is better. Why make things so complicated.

Complex instructions and use. Clothes damp after 2 hour program. Still learning how to use it.

Nice and quiet machine with good capacity. Up and running quickly.

A great machine, so nice to look at also. A huge 10 kg load available, and lots of presets. Also nice and quiet when running. Very pleased with new tumble dryer. Was delivered, unpacked and old machine, taken away with all the packaging from new one. Very happy with everything.
