The door seal failed on this within 4 days. It had been used maximum 10-15 times. Full disclosure - we're using it in a commercial premises, to dry mainly theatre scrubs and towels. So the warranty on the item doesn't cover any problems. However, it wasn't getting any unusual use, and I put a lot more in my tumble drier at home and that doesn't cause a problem.... so I wouldn't recommend any item that fails after just a few days of use. Steer clear.

The auto dry sensor programs do not work well and the laundry always needs a second dry. The wireless functionality is utterly pointless as you need to be next to the machine to use it....who needs to automatically start via an app when you could push the button you are standing next to. It is baffling. Worst of all is that if the machine is left for a while after finishing a program it shuts itself down so thoroughly that it needs to be reset by unplugging at the mains. Fine, unless your machine need to be removed to perform this operation....really could do without any of this hassle. If you are looking to put wet laundry in and take out dry laundry perhaps consider another machine.

Seems like a good machine in some ways but really struggling to find the right settings to actually get things to properly dry! Like the timing adjusting feature so it doesn’t waste power but just a shame it doesn’t seem to wait until things are actually dry…

Nice straight forward unit that gets the job done, our last dryer was a condenser and took ages to actually dry clothes, we've hooked this one up to a condenser box and it works a treat in half the time! Good value product

If you’re only wanting to dry underwear this is a cheap dryer and will do the job. Anything else do not buy this it may be cheap but waste of money. Towels I have to put on 2 or 3 times and bedding it just wraps it all up and still comes out damp.

This dryer is an absolute waste of time and I would not in anyway recommend it. Like most manufacturers Hoover have decided that this and the majority of dryers no longer reverse rotate. So if you wash sheets, towels and large items the contents will emerge from the machine wrapped in a tight ball or roll. With the centre still wet or damp at the best. Contact customer service and guess what 'tuff' buy some balls (we did waste of £6!) Not drying is not a fault so they will charge £75 to check it.Energy saving is a con this does not save energy or my time. And the programs ??. Next time I study the negative feedback first.

I like my new tumble dryer. The only thing I would say against it is I have no idea what temperature it dries at and no idea how long each setting is taking when on.

The size of the dryer is great but am finding it does not heat up like my old one did so takes longer to dry things so a little disappointed but maybe all this energy efficient appliances our now like this
