I'd love for this dryer to have an anti-crease for most programmes, but it does the drying well.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Communication on day of delivery kept us fully informed from initial delivery slot to more detailed timings as the route progressed. Friendly customer focused delivery, would highly recommend AO and it's now my go to place!

Good but more complicated than last one

I bought this product at the beginning of the year and have been so frustrated because it just doesn't seem to dry the clothes properly. I line dry most of the year but needing it during the colder months I came back to read through the reviews, wondering if it just my machine at fault but it seems plenty of others are having this problem too. While at the lower end of the price bracket for a dryer it has still been a significant outlay which was wasted money as I now have to replace it. The machine is now also tripping the breaker periodically because the plug gets hot while working. Some people seem happy enough with the product but I think there are enough bad reviews that I wonder if there has been an issue with the production line at some point.

Really pleased with the dryer. It’s quick at drying even full loads. Just need to use the right setting so it can adjust the drying time as needed. It’s not a turn & go dryer, I guess to make it more energy efficient you need to tell it what it’s drying.

Great product just had trouble with the ordering etc. But all sorted after a couple of phone calls.
