The size of the dryer is great but am finding it does not heat up like my old one did so takes longer to dry things so a little disappointed but maybe all this energy efficient appliances our now like this

One star only because it is quiet. Otherwise, do not purchase this item! Constantly undoing the balls of sheets or towels that get wrapped around each other. The towels take forever to dry; doesn't seem like the dryer really gets hot. For a small load, roughly 7kg because our built-in washing machine is 7kg, takes about two hours to dry. And that is on any setting. Of the 14 programs, only one seems to really work and that's not saying much. Highly do not recommend this dryer.

Easy to use, not noisy and is 10kg, good value for money

Not at all good in drying sheets or duvet covers. Always gets tangled into a ball and therefore does not dry. Too many programmes offered with little difference between them. Am thinking of scrapping this purchase and getting a more effective one very disappointed with Hoover for marketing such a poor product

Worst tumble drier we have had in 40 years. Items such as sheets and duvet covers just roll into a ball and do no dry. Would recommend that you don’t buy this drier.

Fantastic product and smart look. Would highly recommend this to anyone. Quick drying and big drum to fit duvets in.

We have a big family and a lot of laundry to get through, so I opted for this Hoover dryer as I read vented tumble dryers dry clothes faster. This is definitely not the case. This dryer takes AGES to dry clothes, longer than my old condenser dryer. It doesn't seem to get very warm at all, which could be the reason. The controls are pretty pointless as each programme seems to do the same thing. I immediately regretted purchasing this dryer, but unfortunately was not able to return it as it isn't technically faulty. Putting the hose out the window is also a pain, especially in the winter.
