Easy to install & use. I like the drum size, perfect for larger items like duvets etc. Loads of programmes to choose from too.

This has to be the worst tumble dryer I have ever purchased, how Ao can recommend this product is beyond me. As other reviewers have noted when doing sheets they with other items the sheets bundle up everything in to a ball resulting in the outside of the ball being dry the inside however is still damp and they have to be put back into the dryer without the sheets and go through a drying program again (more electricity used) I have now returned the item and received a 70% refund on the item which had only been used 3 times.. Talking to Hoover was a complete waste of time.

Compared to our old one BRILLIANT! A lot less noisier and quick at drying clothes. Quality product at a great price if you don't want to spend much. Happy.

We seldom use our tumble dryer, but when we do, we want it to be efficient. This one certainly is. It used to take hours to dry a towel or two in our old condenser dryer - I basically used it only during the times of year when the sun didn't reach the wash line and the radiators weren't on. The instructions are clear in the booklet and it is quiet. (Now if companies could make a vented Heat Pump dryer we could have the best of both worlds.)

What a nightmare this tumble dryer is with duvets & sheets. Getting tangled up so only half of the item is dried I’ve only had this tumble dryer for a week and wished I’d never brought it
