Read previous reviews about this dryer. Chose this as we wanted a vented dryer and the choice anywhere is now limited as they are probably phasing them out over the next few years. Thought this would be a reliable brand to purchase. We run a holiday let business so forever drying towels and bed linen. It is frustrating that when drying a duvet cover and sheets etc that they all merge into a giant ball as it does not reverse tumble dry. However we have avoided this by drying duvet covers individually in a very short space of time. Good range of programmes. Haven't tried to use it remotely using app as not needed for our purposes.

Once l worked out how to use it, it is very easy and dry the clothes great even a large load only took 90 minutes l am well impressed would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a larger tumble dryer

Great tumble dryer. Nice and big so can fit a good a lint if clothes in there.

I had to replace my old dryer, so went from a 7kg to a 10kg capacity. Firstly, so much more room for those bedspreads and larger items. Once I got the hang of the settings, works really well, especially like the one touch. Delivery was next day and on time, drivers were courteous and helpful, they telephoned 15 minutes before delivery. Pleased the vented hose was included, as some don't. I can't say about energy saving yet as too soon. I notice as the drum is much bigger, clothes come out less creased, evenly dried and so all in all very happy with the purchase.

This sensor dryer does not work well. It 'balls' up large items & more often than not stops before the washing is dry (Even on small loads.), even when I set it to 'totally dry', so I have to put it on a second or even third time. I tried talking to manufacturers but they weren't interested. Save your money! I'd like to add that the guys from AO.com have been very helpful.

Great dryer, easy to follow instructions and large drum capacity. Great product.
