It’s great so far x

It's a big step forward from our aging Indesit tumble dryer. The controls/programmes do take a bit of getting used to, but it is quite quiet and I like the 45 minute "quick dry" programme.

Great dryer with nice large 10kg capacity to get a good amount of drying done quickly with loads of drum space. Like the fact that it senses drying time needed for each load and I’ve always ended up with clothes completely dried. A real bonus during the winter and always good for a quick dry anytime , especially towels and sheets. Seems economical with electric use as well which is good. Easy to clean lint filter as well. This is the second one I got, this time for my parents as so pleased with my one.

Owned 3 months, constantly stops mid cycle, takes hours to dry anything and even then you had to keep turning it back on. More often clothes need re washed as start to smell due to not drying through. Two engineers been out - first said heating element needing replaced, next day still not working. Second engineer week later advised 32 error codes showing and the board needs replaced which will take another week. Hoover refusing to replace the machine until they’re satisfied they’ve tried all routes to repair which is ridiculous given it was a faulty product from the beginning and only 3 months old! Wont be buying Hoover again.

Doesn't reverse tumble even though AO's own review video for this model on tube shows that it does. Pictures on description show a different drum than what you get. Only had a week and seems ok, takes forever to dry anything properly and is quite noisy. First time purchasing a Hoover product, I won't buy Hoover again in the future and will spend a bit more money to get something far more fit for purpose and decent. Sorry, but I can't recommend it.
