This is not as good as i was expecting.. it seems to take a long time to dry. Items get rolled up together so the drying takes even longer. I would not buy this dryer again

This is the worst tumble dryer I have ever owned! Prep programmed cycles do not dry clothes. Basic cotton bedding is folded into a knot during the cycle so it can't dry. Can take up to 4 attempts to get an average load of clothes dry. I am so disappointed as I thought that choosing such a reputable brand would guarantee quality of product. I have missed return date by two days but would not recommend this product to anyone!!

Nice size machine, great loading window makes easy to use when transferring loads from the washing machine.. dials a little over complicated to use and slightly unnecessary!

As with other reviewers, we're has Hoover vented driers before that we've been happy but not so this one. it "balls" our duvet cover so its crumpled beyond belief and still wet! Within the 3-month period we asked it to be returned and its taken a month to resolve and buyer beware - after 30 days you'll only get about half of your money back! Not at all happy with HOOVER service. A design flaw is that these driers do not tumble both ways, probably the main cause of the balling effect. NOTE: AO call line staff very helpful but hampered by HOOVER slow response times and a not fit for purpose product. DO NOT BUY is my advice. We are now looking carefully at other makes and models that still tumble is both directions. Also AO have updated our order online to no longer show this item. Luckily I kept the email trail.
