Great dryer! Large capacity, quiet when in use, and more compact depth than my old condenser which did not fit inside a cupboard. Good value and delivered quickly.

Good tumble dryer and a nice big drum (10kg) which means it dries quicker.. Controls are unnecessarily complicated but I’ll soon get used to that!

This is the worst buy I have ever made. The instructions are rubbish. Trying to get things dry. Well it’s almost forget it. Tried ringing hoover. Well you can’t only a parts line where they tell you we charge for this. Seriously look at another brand.

Works well. Good size drum and sensors are accurate. Have an Apple phone, so can’t use the android function - shame they couldn’t get NFC to work with other devices.

The dryer could do with a "clear lint filter" alert. The first load, which was new towels (hence the big lint despoit), ended without drying. I presume that was because the lint filter had filled up and the machine ended the programme as a safety measure. That's a good feature, but adding a corresponding alert (perhaps both visible and audible) would be useful, to prompt filter clearing and programme resumption and thus save the user's time.

Super product very pleased with it much larger capacity than the one we replaced.
