It only turns one way and the bedding just goes into a big ball and never drys ???

Excellent product, takes large 10kg load and dries well.

Very efficient and low noise. Easy to fit. The whole experience with ap was brilliant too. Great value for money

This dryer is amazing and dries a full load in an hour totally surprised us saving a fortune on electric compared to our old dryer which would take hours

Very large drum, Great for king-sized quilts etc. Good drying programs, only downside is it does not have a reverse action so if too many clothes are dried with quilts then they end up in a ball.

So much better than our condensing dryer

Tumble dryer in the garage so not suitable for a heat pump dryer. Huge capacity in this one and dries a full load at one go, definitely recommend.
