Fantastic item. The only reason it loses one star is because I cannot get the WiFi connection, so I cannot tell how long my dryer has left on the cycle

The base is damaged. I was asked to send photos, which I did, then I was told it would be replaced and someone would call me, which they did not. Still waiting to hear. Very poor service from AO.

Does the trick. Dries things a lot quicker than our old condenser drier and can get a lot more in the larger drum. Great machine!

So far, so good! At first I wasn’t sure if I was happy with the programmed settings on this dryer, however, I have found them to be very useful, giving excellent results. I also am very pleased with the size of the drum. I needed a large capacity dryer and that is what you get with this one. The energy efficiency rating isn’t great, but how energy efficient can an electric tumble dryer be anyway! Would I buy this particular dryer again? Yes, I certainly would! Highly recommend if you are looking for a large capacity dryer.
