The dryer is fine bot the outlet pipe is to the side and the flexible hose is squashed. Air flow is restricted.

We love this huge 10kg thumble for 2 reasons. 1st it's massive 10kg capacity means there is always plenty of room inside the drum to disperse the moisture much quickly rather in much smaller capacity drums. It will save you energy as well because it will dry it up quicker. Second it has a moisture sensor so no more 2,3 hrs cycles and even if the clothes are perfectly dry after half of the selected time this thumble dryer sensor knows when it's just perfect and stops the whole drying proces. We get this old style vented dryer rather than latest heat pumps for the simplicity of the machine because vented dryers rarely go wrong. All in all its amazing dryer with 2 fantastic features which really is all we needed. Honestly there isn't really any negatives so far I wish there was wifi connectivity but you can go around this by geting a smart plug with energy monitoring feature and you can see when the load is done just by checking your smartphone. We can't recommend this dryer enough. Very very happy customers.

This tumble dryer is quiet and spacious so everything gets to move around a lot. No need to iron it all which is a bonus. Straightforward to use so definitely worthy of recommendation.

Massive drum reducing creases which allows clothes to be put away straight from the dryer. Couldn’t be happier.
