Had the heat pump takes forever condenser rubbish so gone back to old fashioned vent, super quick 10/10

Looks nice but is complicated to use, mostly clothes not dry, have to put in again. Has cool down programme, nice not to touch really hot stuff, but usually still damp, even though put on hot programme. Omg a duvet gets so tangled and is wet in middle. Wish I’d researched more…after my last dryer of 24years. why have a ‘one touch’ system… you still have to load machine so would put it on then!! Maybe small chance think oh I don’t want it on til later…umm. Simplify the programme. Anyone got tips?? Disappointed

The machine is very complicated with a lot of unnecessary settings. When you do figure it out the performance is poor with the load sometimes not properly dried unless you put it on twice. It does not seem to get particularly hot compared to my previous drier. The drum only turns in 1 direction resulting in large items like sheets ending up in a tangled mess and wet in the middle. Despite what other reviews say I thing the controls are flimsy and poor quality. The start button takes about 6 presses to get it going. I wish I had done more research on other reviews before I bought it as this is not impressive, and in my opinion not even fit for purpose.

Substantial bit of kit. Does the job - and very quietly! Complicated set of programmes if you need them - but for everyday use there us a good quick guide option. AO Delivery could not be faulted

Easy to use, does the job. The one touch app is a waste of time but otherwise a good basic machine for the price I would recommend.

Bought to replace an older appliance of some 23 years - More high tech so still getting used to all the programmes but works well and pleased with the general appearance and performance

Excellent product for the price. Every type of material and every drying mode is catered for. It looks great and compliments my kitchen marvelously.

Slightly over complicated to use. But dues what is required in all standard settings.
