It takes 2-3 cycles to dry your clothes even when it’s a small load. There’s a heart beat drumming sound constantly when the appliance is on which is quite annoying. The dryer leaks slightly each time to the left hand corner. The reverse cycle action has been removed from the manufacturer so sometimes the appliance cuts out because of this. The manufacturer repairers have been out only after a month of having this appliance. Apparently nothing they can do to resolve any of the issues. I give this a one star purely because it does eventually dry your clothes (but in the current energy crisis I’m not sure how economical this appliance is)

Good range of programs and easy to use. Helpful time remaining countdown and automatic end when dry.

Great machine easy to use just have to spend a bit of time with the instruction book. Leaves all washing lovely and fresh. Quite economical to run too.

I bought this Tumble Dryer as my old one was beyond repair. It is end of line but still quite pricey. I’m still learning the different cycles but so far have found it tricky to understand and have probably used it incorrectly. As it is early days I will persevere. However am not sure I would recommend this model. It is quite a lot bigger than I was expecting too.

A more expensive replacement but overall a bit disappointed. So many drying options I got a bit confused. Eventually worked out that one particular setting was fit for most purposes. The fluff collector is unnecessarily large, awkward to open and spoils the appearance of the machine. The drum only spins in one direction so large items, towels, sheets etc. tend to bale. Have tried the woollen tennis balls but no help. Don't be worried by the initial forecast drying time, over 3 hours, as the machine calculates the moisture content of the load and adjusts the time as it dries.
