Plenty of drying options, pretty quiet, overall very pleased

This tumble drier does not have reverse action, that means the drum turns just in one direction, and not in both. Causing this the balling of large pieces of clothing. So if you are trying to get your bedding dry, bear in mind this will not happen. You will need to take the bedding out of the drum after the first drying cycle ends, give the pieces a goos shake and run the dryer once again, for king sized bedding you'll need to do this 3 times, at least. Hoover's recommendation of using wollen balls to avoid the balling of the bedding and shorten the drying time, doesn't work either, you will just get a louder drying cycle and wet sheets at the end of the 2 first runs. If you only need to get your small pieces of clothing dry (undies, socks, T-Shirts, etc) then this machine will do just fine, and in this case yes, the wollen balls do help a little with the drying.

Ao service very good, product difficult to use, manual not easy to follow, seems to take a long while to dry products, sensor dry switches off before clothes are dry, even when adjusted to be the dryest setting, also can’t download the one touch app as it doesn’t acknowledge my product serial number

Dries well and most clothes come out ready to hang without any ironing. An excellent buy.

Good, basic tumble dryer. No fancy sensors or complicated programming, just a timer, high or low heat and on/off. As other reviews state, the metallic, semi flexible exhaust pipe is a bit difficult, fortunately I could line my dryer exhaust up directly in line with the vent flue, so minor inconvenience only.

Does what it’s supposed to. Find the idea of an app to operate a tumble drier a bit pointless.
