Great product and great value for money.

Very disappointing. I struggled to get it to connect to Wi-Fi. Gave up in the end. So many programs and it’s very confusing as to which to select. I tend to use just one program but it takes at least three times to get even the smallest load dry. I would like a tumble dryer that I can empty the whole of my machine load into and it will dry in about 90 minutes. With this one I have to do half a load and run the program three times which can take 2-3 hours. The. I have to do the other half. So drying one washing machine load can take the whole day.

Clothes take agaves to dry and touch switch to turn it on is a nightmare! Only works when it feels like it. Very disappointed.

Not what I thought i was buying! ! Reviews all said it was easy! Wonder if it was the same machine delivered! It is not straight forward ?? I wanted a machine that you just choose the length of drying time! this is not an option! Takes ages and is not always dry so you have to put it on again ! Not impressed ??

Good price, the drying cycles are a tad complicated and don’t always dry first time. I’m sure hen I’ve had it a while I’ll learn what works best

Good service, the vent was broken and the whole machine was replaced the next day. Machine is quite mind boggling as to which setting to use and for some reason it ties bedding up into the tightest knots

Worst dryer I ever bought. Regular cycles take ages. Number of settings is baffling. My particular favourite feature is the XXL setting which is meant to be for bedding - if you want your bedding rolled tight into a rugby ball, that’s the setting for you! I’m donating it.
