Don't go by the high ratings, this machine is poor at best. You would be faster drying sheets and bedding in a bucket of water, due to it has no reverse so everything just ties its self up in lumps. Takes maybe 6 hours to get bedding dry having to keep untangling it and starting it again. Hate to think how much energy it uses being absolutely useless.

Lots of room in dryer to circulate washing. My last dryer was old but very simple but this one I needed to read the leaflet to decide which setting to put on! I expect they are all the same. That said, it is fairly quiet and I am pleased with it’s efficiency.

Not had it long enough to give a full review but so far all is good. Easy setup, dries well and runs pretty smoothly and quietly.

Easy to select the product, simple to order and a prompt delivery with the old machine taken away. A stress free ordering experience, however we should have not have chosen a system that uses soft touch buttons. These do not give a positive feed back when activated and it takes more than one attempt to get it to accept the command due to wrong pressure used, cold fingers, etc. Not AO's fault but irritating.

good value for money, nice big capacity useful for a family wash.

Waste of time the wife said one hour and a half to get them almost dry wish we had checked on the reviews no reverse drying. cannot repeat what the wife said
