Excellent product, very spacious & the service from ao was second to none, received ours 1 day after ordering & our old appliance was taken away efficiently. 5 Stars from me for the Fridge Freezer & service.

Iam very sorry but this fridge freezer is rubbish. we purchased it in July 2022 with in a few months the freezers draws had all broken. although AO were very helpfull and helped us.,Hoover would not replace the draws, saying it was not covered be their warranty. The cost of new draws was around £100.. We have another freezer we have had for 15 years with NO problems and all the draws are all in good working order. We now find the salad drow has broken...... Our family will never get another Hoover appliance. There customer service is beyond bad!!!

Looks really nice . Works as expected and considering it was quite a narrow appliance there was loads of storage space

Absolutely perfect size for my family of five. Doors are not overly heavy so perfect for arthritic hands too

Perfect, exactly what i wanted and so easy to set up and get started. I love the water dispenser and cools the water so fast. The drawers are really strong and lots of space.
