Lovely fridge freezer, exactly as described, happy with quality and service provided

An excellent product that is value for money. I had a mantra, "Buy cheap, buy twice," but AO certainly gives value for money. It is well made, quiet and has far more capacity than expected. It replaced a Bosch Fridge/Freezer which had worn out after long service, so I cannot comment on how many years of service this Hoover product will give. It does, however, give better storage room and an excellent internal fridge light. It also beeps at you if you leave the door open too long. Highly recommended.

over the moon, lovely set up inside plenty of space very roomy, love the intergrated handles on side of doors,stops the doors from getting marked while your opening the fridge freezer

Didn't receive drinks bottle, that was supposed to be given, when delivered did So forget or did someone else taken it, disappointed by this, okay it was free but that isn't the point!, didn't receive the AO membership card / number, still waiting as paid £39.99 two separate payments made and showed up, so not sure where it gone to! AO.com are a good company and customer service, so they may not know that this is happening to all of there customers also fried freezer is 20ltr less than stated, when buying it, and its app controlled which didn't want, as can be hacked,so seems given the wrong fridge freezer as it doesn't seem the Hoover one I mfr ordered,
