This hob looks good and complements the hotpoint oven and microwave l have. Easy to use and keep clean. My only issue was on first use a mark looking like a strip of tape had once been stuck on the hob appeared and was extremely noticeable. After several attempts and differing methods to remove my husband finally resorted to scrapping the mark off with the flat edge of a Stanley knife. Against manufacturer cleaning advice but finally did the trick.

within a week of our old hob breaking down, We had the new one installed. The ordering process, delivery, and installation were all easy with clear communication and friendly service along the way. We even had our hob installed 2 days early due to an engineer being available ahead of time. Thank you.

One broke within a week of being installed. The second broke within a month, repaired and broke after 6 months, and broke again after 14 months. I have thrown it away.

So VERY easy to use - looks great in my new kitchen plus - Highly recommended.

This job was bought to replace a really old ceramic one. This one is much faster in heating up and also much stronger. Controls are easy to use and accurate as it is touch control. Fitting it was easy as well . Had this job for a week now and so far all seems good.
