Bought for an old (sorry, Mum!) lady with an old TV. She was having trouble hearing speech through the TV speaker but the only sound outputs were 2×RCA phono or a 3½mm headphone. No optical, no HDMI. So, this was perfect for her and she is very pleased with the clarity and volume.

For the price it's really good, and certainly a lot better than the TV built in speakers. The only little issues are the volume only goes up or down in increments of 5, and occasionally sound is out of sync with the picture. However just turning the soundbar off and on fixes this (this can be a common issue with soundbars generally - and much more expensive ones too).

Very pleased with the performance of this soundbar. Easy to setup, which is just as well because the instructions are very basic. Great sound quality for a budget soundbar, it matches the sound quality of my old soundbar which cost 3 times the price.

Great value for money. Sound is mediocre, but definitely does the job if you're just looking for something basic. Its acceptable, made more appealing by the price.

Good size and sound, however only being able to move the sound up or down in steps of five are very annoying. Connected to a Hisense TV so sound work.

Sound good and once you add more bass and get it up off the deck (I have mounted it below my TV) is sound very good for the price. However, even though it is connected to a Hisense TV via HDMI the sound only goes up or down in steps of 5. When this is turned off the TV goes up or down in steps of 1. This can be annoying when the level is just not enough, but a set of 5 up is way too much! Did a few web searches (which I wish I had done before) and it seems to be a known problem with this bar. Shame as for its size and weight it gives excellent sound. I noted that the sticker that a few people have has problems removing was missing, not sure if the was done by AO or Hisense, but glad of it. I have it set to the movie setting, as there really isn't much difference between that and the others, and gives it a little more punch. All in all good for the money, however will be saving up next year and upgrading to one that can handle DTS and Dolby Atmos.

Best TV my wife ever liked. So easy to work and she can see and hear it better than any TV we ever had before.
