Great product great sound

I bought this about six weeks ago, together with a HISENSE TV. I had to pay to get both set up because I am a technophobe. I was expecting great, surround sound but I seem to need the volume turned up much higher than my thirteen year old TV. The sub woofer was partnered but I have chosen to turn it off because the base tones come through intermittently and when they do it sounds like distant thunder and is not pleasant to listen to. As I say I am a technophobe so maybe there is a way of adjusting this which I have not been able to discover. Overall not the impressive outcome I had hoped for.

Amazing sound quality for the price. Highly recommended.

I have had this for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. The sound bar has excellent sound quality and really kicks out quite a punch with the sub. You can adjust the bass and treble levels to suit which I found useful. The Bluetooth connection when playing through the TV has a slight delay but that is expected so I bought an optical cable to connect to the TV which negates the problem.
