I bought this to replace a 17 year old machine which had finally expired. In it''s lovely stainless finish it looks really nice and is so quiet, Initially I was excited to know it had a cutlery tray at the top, as the old basket was always in the way.But on trying to load it, I found I couldn''t fit much in the top basket, eg. wine glasses , tall mugs etc. as the drawer took up a lot of room. On lowering the basket, I found that dinner plates would not fit in the lower basket !. So, I''ve had to purchase another cutlery basket and do away with the drawer. It would be a nice touch if Hisense could provide a cutlery basket as well as the drawer, as I''m sure I''m not the only one who found this annoying. My old one had a quick 40 min wash and dry which was useful , this one has a 30min cycle but doesn''t dry, but they all seem to be the same which is a shame.Apart from these niggles, I''m very pleased with the machine so far.

We had a Hisense before which we replaced with a different make. That lasted about 3 days and we went back to Hisense.

I''ve now had my dishwasher for 2 weeks and am so pleased with the way it cleans and also means my kitchen is much tidier as I load it as I cook etc and avoids dirty dishes in the sink .

What a cracking machine far better that the last two hotpoint dishwashers we have had and I love the cutlery draw.

Our old washer had basically one programme (3.5 hrs.) this has 4 with a minimum of 30 mins, saving both water & electric. Fast & efficient and also quiet which is a good thing.

Bought this a month ago. Love it, perfect size for what I needed, great half load setting too. My favourite bit is the pullout cutlery tray. Makes so much room for my pots in a slimline dishwasher.

Bought 2 weeks ago cleans as required very pleased with it.
