It cleans so much better than our previous one and it’s easy to choose which program to run.

The dishwasher is really easy to use and the wash is excellent. It looks great and it runs very quietly, I am very pleased with it. and would reccomend it as a good quality Budget washer.

Easy to fit, still figuring out the cycles. Sometimes the tablet is not fully dissolving and it's quite wet inside if you don't open the door straight away.

Perfect for a rental flat.

I have other Hisense products and have always had a good experience with them. At first, this dishwasher was great, cleaned well and plenty of space. However, after 10 weeks, it stopped working with a F41 code. Called the warranty line and they replaced the part. Within 15 minutes of leaving, the machine now has a F54 code. The front door now doesn't open properly and the whole machine is wobbly and the top trim is now insecure. I've had to call the warranty line and now have to wait another 5 days for repair. I gave it 3 stars, because if it works, it's great. If it doesn't and has to be repaired, it effects the structural integrity of the machine and there's nothing the repair engineer can do.

Well, so far so good. It's a decent dishwasher for people with an eye on price. Criticism would be that we struggle to get as much in as we could with our old one, might just be getting used to it. Maybe needs a little more thought to the design of the top basket. Glad that the cutlery rack is two detachable parts: often makes sense to run it with only half of the thing or with the halves in different places. Adjustable height of top basket is very useful. The big plus about this model is that the drying cycle seems to be very effective. OK, there are a few things it struggles with (notably some but not all non-stick surfaces) but when it even dries plastic beakers I'm quite impressed. Controls are easy to use after a brief read of the manual. Conclusion? I can't guarantee I would but this model again (depends what else catches my eye or is at the right price) but I wouldn't say it's out of the question either.
