This thing is awful. The only chance you have of getting a clean load is to put it on intensive every time. Even then there is often items not clean.
First impression when we stared using this was the components i.e. trays, rolling mechanisms to open and the dish separators are cheep. Really cheep. The trays are badly designed and will only fit one very specifically sized dish, bowel, plate and cutlery. Everything else is either too big to be stacked and has to be laid flat or to small and just falls out. Your are forever re-stacking what has fallen over. You waste so much space because you literally can not stack many bowels etc like you can in every other dishwasher leading the machine being full with barely anything in it. The draw rolling mechanism are really poorly designed and jam making for a horrible user experience. The adaptable mechanisms such as fold away dish rack are poorly designed falling out one end requiring regular replacement. Some snap into place easily and some require so much force it feels like the flimsy prongs are going to break. The cutlery tray the reason we bought this is just an abomination. Again even slightly thicker forks don't fit into notches. Its tampered at the ends so all your spoon ends end in the middle limiting space. The same space you could really use to lay bigger bits of crockery if it was not so badly designed. Its like this thing has never been tested! The tray is designed to slide in on its self to allow extra height room for the tray below however the extra flimsiness just means you are forever nocking out all of the cutlery from their slots and it increases its ricketiness and likely hoods of jamming.
Today machine has started becoming unresponsive and the control panel dead. I have had to start pulling the thing out to gain access to the power point to switch it on and off. This thing is 2x the cost of any other dishwasher we have ever owned. It washes at least 2x as bad and even if it does clean it has to be run more often because it wont stack. Do your self a favour and consider another brand.
