It’s a fabulous fridge freezer in terms of design and delivery was smooth. However the door needed rehanging and this is not a simple job - should be offered as part of installation - it took hours and when done the fridge beeped for ages - Haier customer service were excellent and offered an engineer to call or a replacement, but before this could happen the fridge stopped alarming and so far so good!

Love the drawers of this freezer, so practical. Looks great in the kitchen. So far so pleased. Great service fro AO.com also.

LOVE this fridge freezer so much. Beyond happy with choosing this one, so stylish, practical, plenty of space and the zero frost is a massive bonus. I wouldn’t even think I have a fridge as it really makes no noise compared to other fridges I have had. If you’re thinking about getting this fridge freezer don’t think and just buy.

I've only had it for a week so I can't comment on reliability or longevity. This was the largest fridge-freezer I could get to fit the standard 60cm gap in my kitchen. I'm very happy with the amount of usable space inside, the controls are clear and convenient (I don't know who would want to constantly tweak the temperature of their fridge/freezer but if that's you, knock yourself out). The build quality is solid, the interior shelves and door compartments in the fridge seem like they can take a fair bit of weight and abuse, the freezer drawers are extremely convenient, all freezers should be designed like this in my opinion, you don't have to make room to open a door all the way just so you can open a drawer, you skip the first part and can reach in and get what you need. The only downside is that it's a little nosier when running than what I'm used to, it's not too bad, but it is noticeable. Noise and energy efficiency are clearly labelled so I can't complain too much.
