    People who left bad reviews check that your plates fit. It is smashing out plates and now we have to do all the plates by hand anyway. The product literally doesn’t work.

    Dreadful. Didn’t clean well and didn’t even touch the stuff in the corners of the trays. Pointless device. Would not recommend. Returned it after a week.
