    Love the dishwasher

    5/5
Brilliant dishwasher it opens up to dry and very economical to run especially in this current situation of bills rising. I use it everyday even has half loads. Would recommend.

    My new dishwasher

    5/5
I'm delighted with my new dishwasher Easy to use, smooth action Wasn't too expensive I like the fact it has a top tray for all those knives & forks they can lie flat instead of being stood up! Which I find a safety hazard especially with knives.

Cleans the dishes really well on the quick setting, the cutlery tray at the top is a pain, you can’t get tall glasses on the top shelf, so we removed it and bought a basket that fits on the bottom shelf, jobs a good un.

    Very disappointing

Disappointed with this machine. I’ve had it fitted for a month . I loathe the cutlery tray. Nothing stays within the the grid lines so it all ends up being chucked in and so not always cleaned properly. Our Dinner plates can’t be stacked as the rotor arm catches on them even at the edges so we have to lie them down. I wouldn’t say they’re bigger than the norm (just m & s basics). I’ve been trying to source a cutlery basket so that I can remove the useless cutlery tray and lift up the glass/upper basket but not had any help from Hisense (who don’t even list this model). I’ve returned to the AO site hoping they might have one and thought while I’m here I should leave a review to warn other buyers. Plus the door doesn’t ‘pop open a little’ when it opens to dry (which it doesn’t do either), it bangs fully open and has made me jump and the dog’s now terrified of the dishwasher:/ DON’T BUY

Seems very good but it is early days yet! Last dishwasher we bought only lasted 2 & half years, (not same make) so we'll see.

    Poor Basket Design

I had a Hisense dishwasher before, and it was quite good but broke so got a new one. This one is slightly smaller inside than the older one but has more place settings so the tines are closer together, you cannot put bowls in very easily and i've not figured out how to put wine glasses in either, they don't seem to fit. The hoses on this machine exit the back on the left, not on the right like my other one did, so the hoses don't reach either. All in all, not a happy purchase.

    Disappointing- I wouldn’t recommend

If I was to purchase a dishwasher again I wouldn’t choose this one. I read the reviews which were impressive and went ahead with the purchase. It’s not really made for current average size crockery. For example the top shelf has space for tea cups not mugs! So a waste of space as nothing else fits in. Also a standard plate is too tall so the washer arm hits it unless you put them at the very edges on the bottom shelf. You cannot put more than 4 plates in it as the washer arm hits them so it doesn’t rotate or wash properly. Therefore if you use more than 4 you end up hand washing items. The pull out rack on the bottom shelf is very temperamental and doesn’t always roll back in cos you have to lift it. Wish I spent more money on a dishwasher that is designed to fit average crockery items. I am disappointed with my purchase.
