Having bought a Hisense fridge freezer a few months back and being very happy with it, we again went for Hisense when we needed a new dishwasher. It's not been the best start to be honest. initially an error code stating a problem draining. I checked all pipes, the actual drain below the sink, and all seemed OK, but couldn't clear the code in any way so had to wait until after the weekend to call Hisense tech support. They insisted I removed the dishwasher from the cabinet and checked all pipes, and said they'd email me with some steps moving forward, an email I never received.... It was then I noticed that the error code had cleared itself, so we ran a cycle with the machine empty, and all seemed OK. Over the next week we ran a cycle every day and every day the results were very poor, terrible in fact, dirty dishes and cutlery abounded. Eventually I worked out that the feed pipe for the top spray bar wasn't connected at the base of the machine, so the tool wasn't getting sprayed, it was also blocking the motion of the bottom spray bar, so that wasn't working either. Fitted into place properly and we have good results every time since. I can't help but think that the initial fault code situation was also related to this clear lack of attention during assembly of this vital component. I am disappointed with Hisense's lack of support, lack of promised email, and clearly a lack of quality control. Hopefully all will be good from here on in.
