The product cleans very well. I would have liked some indication that it is running though.

Love my new dishwasher, this is the first one that I can honestly say actually drys the dishes properly, the door pops open before the end to assist drying.

Excellent Dishwasher. Easy to install for an integrated dishwasher, with simple velcro stickers to line up door before securing to ensure it doesn't move and ability to realign if not right first time. Nice and quiet when running and subtle beeps when finished. The auto door open at the end of the cycle is another simple yet really effective touch (even if it did make my wife scream first time it did it whilst she was walking passed!) Having digital indicators for top ups of rinse-aid and salt are great. Also, being able to programme the dishwasher for water hardness and whether or not you use all-in-one tablets, means that it adjusts the frequency of requirement for rinse-aid and salt accordingly. Oh and it cleans really well too! First time, every time!

Having bought a Hisense fridge freezer a few months back and being very happy with it, we again went for Hisense when we needed a new dishwasher. It's not been the best start to be honest. initially an error code stating a problem draining. I checked all pipes, the actual drain below the sink, and all seemed OK, but couldn't clear the code in any way so had to wait until after the weekend to call Hisense tech support. They insisted I removed the dishwasher from the cabinet and checked all pipes, and said they'd email me with some steps moving forward, an email I never received.... It was then I noticed that the error code had cleared itself, so we ran a cycle with the machine empty, and all seemed OK. Over the next week we ran a cycle every day and every day the results were very poor, terrible in fact, dirty dishes and cutlery abounded. Eventually I worked out that the feed pipe for the top spray bar wasn't connected at the base of the machine, so the tool wasn't getting sprayed, it was also blocking the motion of the bottom spray bar, so that wasn't working either. Fitted into place properly and we have good results every time since. I can't help but think that the initial fault code situation was also related to this clear lack of attention during assembly of this vital component. I am disappointed with Hisense's lack of support, lack of promised email, and clearly a lack of quality control. Hopefully all will be good from here on in. Because of these problems and it being early days I can only give a 3 star review.

Good product.

A good price for the best dishwasher I have ever had.

It cleans great. It opens up when it has finished which gives you a bit of a shock the first time! Only problem is that it is slightly deeper than our old dishwasher (even though on the phone we were told that all integrated dishwashers were a standard size), so now it sticks out by about 1 cm compared to our other kitchen units
