Length of time to resolve faulty machine

The installation was rushed and then I received a machine with a faulty door. I rang AO who then sends another installer out to check it then once confirmed its faulty I have to try get hold of Hisense and when I do I need to take a video so they can access the fault. Then I need to wait for a response from them. That's how far I've got. I've been without a dishwasher for a week now. The installer should know it's faulty when installing, the second engineer should take the video and send it to Hisense.
