It’s a good machine for the price. I’ve always been used to a cutlery basket but I really like the slide out tray at the top. It frees up space at the bottom which is better for me as my crockery has a lip (something I didn’t consider with my old machine). I like that is pops open when finished. No guess work if finished. Dries the items well. Overall very pleased.

We changed from a Bosch free standing machine. The Hisense compares unfavourably in many respects. Cutlery tray doesn't hold items well, the design is poor. The lower crockery drawer has spacings too close together; we have to leave many spaces empty. It also tends to jump off its guides in the door when when pulled out. No programs for quick washes. Cheaper than a Bosch but you can see why.

So far do good.

Used twice so far and plates and cutlery are coming out dirty. Waste of money.

I am impressed with this dishwasher. It is in the same slot as the old one but is much roomier inside. There''s a pull-out tray in the top for cutlery, with slots to hold everything separate so they come out clean, dry and sparkling ( no towel drying needed)Another bonus - it''s very quiet.Because it''s roomier everything is dried, even plastic containers.

It was fairly easy to install. My main requirement was a cutlery tray in the top as my previous one has it and they’re fab! The cutlery draw isn’t as good as the one I previously had though. This has one line of “spikes” on each side so it doesn’t hold the cutlery very well. We have the 2 halves pushed together to make the 2 runs that hold them well. There’s also no adjustment on the angles of this one. The spray bar for the cutlery tray detaches from the top of the unit if it’s caught. I have pinched the 2 metal bits it sits in to reduce this. The bottom rack does come off the runners as others have suggested though this isn’t as bad as some make out. If you pull it centrally and straight it’s fine. The middle rack has a good amount of space to fit things in. Good range of programs to use and straight forward to program. Overall not too bad.

Easy to use dushwasher. Love the cutlery drawer. Gleaming pots. Excellent delivery and no hassle fitting and removal of old appliance. Couldn't be easier.
