This dishwasher was great whilst it worked, however after 18 months mine has developed a water inlet fault (F12) and has been out of action for over 6 weeks now. Hisense customer service were nice enough but blamed their engineer sub-contractors for delays. Had 3 visits to try and fit, with a 4th booked to re-fit a part that they had already replaced!! Hisense came thru in the end and authorised a refund or replacement. Needless to say didn't go back to Hisense !! Service from AO was excellent when I bought it and when I order the replacement machine.

I might’ve got a dud machine but beware if you are thinking of buying. The service from AO was excellent when I bought it.

It is beautiful. Quiet and the best thing it has wifi so I can set my program from my device.

Excellent product, love the cutlery drawer and fact you can fold down the plate slots at the bottom which is great for bigger pots etc. Nice and quiet and door opens itself when finished so everything is nice and dry when you come to empty it.

Despite being the same size as my previous dishwasher this seems to have more actual space for dishes. I love the cutlery draw as this is really efficient space wise. There are loads of programmes, I particularly like the 60 mins 65° programme which produces fantastic wash results. When combined with the auto opening door to enhance drying time, means rapid washing! It also had a 15 rapid wash programme which is great for cleaning lightly soiled items! Really happy overall and the delivery and installation was done brilliantly!
