Great service brilliant machine

Fantastic, wanted to avoid another NEFF after a very expensive failure so bought this based on reviews. Didn't know it has wifi until we got it, nice feature! Husband found it tricky to install but it's worth it. Wasn't sure how I'd get on with the cutlery drawer but it's so good and loving the additional space you get for dishes. Bonus that you can adjust the cup 'roof' as well to stack more in, my last one didn't have this. Washes brilliantly on the lower settings as well, something my previous two never did. Very impressed and glad we chose it so far! Overall win win, would recommend.

Great service from ao- quick and seamless delivery too. Very happy with product - first time we’ve had a dishwasher with cutlery shelf versus basket and was a bit unsure but no need - very easy to use. Quiet and very efficient with plenty of choice in the type of washes. Drying function works brilliant even on Tupperware. 10/10 would recommend.

Replaced old machine, easy install, works well so far, nice and quiet

Dinner plates do not fit in the lower section without interfering with the water spinner and ours are standard size. Otherwise a great dishwasher.

Great product, got all the bells and whistles

The dishwasher itself is great, it runs well, it’s very quiet and we like the automatic door opening function when finished. The cutlery drawer frees up a lot of space! The only thing to note is that the hoses are quite short and can’t be removed like we originally planned
