Performs well. The 1 hour programme is great for general dishwashing using the longer cycles for more heavy duty pots and pans. Everything dries well and we like the fact that the door opens at the end of the cycle to assist this. The cutlery shelf at the top is great and means more space on the other two tiers.

I bought this when my existing dishwasher developed a fault. It is a Which best buy at a reasonable price. It has several features that my previous dishwasher did not have, including an internal light, an external light when running and an automatic door opener when the cycle is finished. In eco mode, which we run overnight, it uses only 0.75 kWh. , less than half my previous dishwasher. It is quiet when running and my dishes are usually spotless. I am pleased with my purchase.

This dish washer wouldn’t work and the fault continued despite talking to the “on call” Hisense engineer. An engineer was booked to look at the issue the following Friday. 1 week after purchase. In the mean time I found that the pump body was leaking. The engineer confirmed this and said he’d have pull it to bits to replace and he didn’t have the part. He recommended a replacement. Hisense would not do this as I’d removed the same access panel as the engineer to find the leak. Hisense stated that I’d invalidated the warranty, would fix it but with no more warranty. AO were brilliant and agreed to replace or give me the value towards a different make. I chose a Bosch that was a pleasure to install and whose overall build quality was far superior to the Hisense. I will never purchase a Hisense product again.

I am very happy with this dishwasher. I was looking for a quiet machine with a cutlery tray and this is it. It washes everything perfectly and with so much space inside - it’s perfect for family meals. Can’t recommend enough.

Excellent product I like the light that shines on the floor when on. Also the door opens when finished, the cutlery draw is so much better than the usual basket. Very quiet in operation.

As someone that has had several different dishwashers over the years, I was keen to get one with features normally associated with the high.price range models.I normally buy models because of the name, but you pay for the name and get a very basic dishwasher.After asking friends about Hisense, all the feedback was good and being very solid and well built it looks like it will last daily usage for years.I particularly like the drying feature, which combined with the auto door opening means we no longer have to dry plastic items after the dishwasher finishes it cycle.All these extra features can be set on or off.If you want a well equipped, feature loaded dishwasher that has an auto program that cleans perfectly out of the box, this machine is the one you need.Also I like the fact that this machine cleans plates that have been left to dry food on for 3 or 4 days, basically it teenager proof.Good machine, good features and a good price.
