After all shark and Dyson vacuum cleaners I was so so happy to get Henry. Yes, cordless is convenient but when it comes to power nothing can beat Henry. My house feelsa lot cleaner and fresher.

Simple and effective

I am relieved that this is brilliant! I have bought from AO before and trust them. I thought I had bought a model identical to my old one and was concerned when I saw that new machine is smaller and less powerful than the old one and does not have two power levels. I thought about returning it but decided to give it a try. It seems more efficient and powerful than the old one and I am very pleased. The new attachment head is narrower than the old and this helps it to fit into narrow spaces but I prefer the old one without wheels as it does not slide away. I am sure this is just a matter of getting used to it. I found the instruction sheet mystifying and would not have been able to assemble it if I did not have the old one to check it out with. (I know this looks pathetic but it was not obvious to me and I am fairly practical!) I think the cable might be longer too and this is really useful.
