Delivery was really quick, within a few days of ordering. It was a very easy process from ordering online to receiving it. The price was the lowest I could find. The vacuum was a gift for my mother, which she loved.

ok, but hosepipe system gets underfoot. I have some mobility issues.

Easily the best vacuum for picking up the pet hair and dust. Leaves carpets looking fresh and the pile back to how it should be. It follows you around without going in its own direction, or being too heavy on the wrist. I like that I don't have to use bags in this, and the smooth design of the body, means emptying, wiping and drying it are easy. Cable and hose length are practical, long enough to do reach the jobs you need them to do. Used to run a cleaning company, and these were the vacuums of choice.
