I've gone back to Henry after a few years of trying cordless uprights which broke and weren't efficient. I bought my original Henry in 1996 and it is still working, I like the features which have since been introduced, like storage on the vacuum for the tools and the option of a smaller capacity at 6 litres is still plenty big enough rather than the 9 litre HVR200. It is a fantastic vacuum cleaner with a powerful suction, because I have pets I also bought a turbo brush to use and it is brilliant on carpets for picking up animal hair. I'd forgotten how dependable Henrys are and what a great job they do. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because it is a bit heavy and cumbersome but worth it to have a clean house again.

I've always wanted a Henry Hoover as I'd read so many good reviews myself & a few friends have one. So when it came to replacing my old cleaner I didn't hesitate. I can honestly say I am not disappointed. It's perfect.

Theses are great hoovers. Strong suction, compact for storage. My only bug bear (this is my second one) the plastic attachment that holds the metal pole in place, often slips off and my previous one split. It needs to be a bit longer. Aside from that, it's a great hoover and I would advise anyone to buy one. Great on hard floors and fabric. My first one was a Harry and was slightly larger than the Henry but does not effect the overall performance.

A great product, such a pleasure to vacuum! Seemed a bit difficult to glide over thick carpet at first but once I lifted the brushes using the pedal, it was easier. Great on stairs too. Very powerful.

Bit disappointed with Henry,very powerful suction,so I find it difficult to hoover rugs,as it lifts them up of the floor!. Also have a problem removing the main accessory(the one shown in the picture)as it's a very tight fit,no problem with our old Henry though. I have yet to find out how the accessories are stored on Henry,not enough slots!,hand book is no help. Not happy with this new improved? model,cable storage is good though.
