This is a great little vacuum cleaner. The bag based design means no clogged filters to clean, and a decent capacity. Low noise operation. A long cable with an easy to use winder to stow it. A big handle on the top to carry it. I already have the bigger "Charles" version that I use for work (construction industry). Very robust and has never gone wrong. The Henry is lighter. It appears that the cheeky grin decoration can be removed (clip on plastic plate) if this bothers you. No regrets with this purchase.

Purchased after having some major internal building work and needed a really tough vacuum to pick up the dust and debris. Henry was incredible! He does lose suction when his bags are getting full, so you know to change them, and the process of changing the bags is really straight-forward and not too mucky at all. When compared to my previous "bagless" vacuum, this is a lot cleaner and easier despite my initial reservations. Cannot recommend more highly!
