Is perfect, compared to my old hoover vacuum cleaner this is so powerfully and lifts all the dreaded hair! Only gripe is doesn’t have that thing where I can change the length of the handle for height and a bit heavy but good exercise so all good really!

I love my Henry! So much so that I've bought an additional one for my static caravan. Its just amazing - especially if you are a dog owner. Forget all the fancy colours and high prices of others. It's a classic and will never let you down

I have a cordless Dyson which is great but needed a plug in hoover which could do a thorough job, especially as I have two cats which are malting everywhere. Henry's are good old reliable hoovers and would definitely recommend. Didn't realise how dirty my carpets were until I purchased the Henry. Works great on my carpet, wooden floors and tiles. Also, AO service is excellent, best service I have had in a long time. Fast, free delivery and delivered with a smile!

Henry arrived last week after a brilliant ordered experience. He’a settling in really well and doing a great job. He’s much more agile than my Dyson so is better at getting behind and under things and he does all this helping with a smile on his face (I don’t get the same from the children!)
