Henry arrived last week after a brilliant ordered experience. He’a settling in really well and doing a great job. He’s much more agile than my Dyson so is better at getting behind and under things and he does all this helping with a smile on his face (I don’t get the same from the children!)

I bought a cheaper cleaner from a DIY shop, and regretted it, so when it packed up I bought a Henry. Good decision. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

I had my doubts about the power of this vacuum cleaner, as we also one of the original Henrys. However, this is so powerful it lifts the carpet off of the floor unless you open the air valve! A great cleaner.

Great suction and an overall reliable vacuum, this is in the office for work. Only shame is that the vacuum requires bags but this was known when purchasing.

So far so good. Good suction. Good movement. Long cable. A little heavy but expected that. Not used on stairs yet, may be a bit cumbersome.
