We'd always had a Henry from was I was young and I'm pretty sure it lasted in our household for over 10 years so it wasn't difficult to choose which brand to go for when I moved out into my own place. It works just as efficiently if not better! Not heavy and easy to manoeuvre around.

Having moved onto bag-less vacuums when they came out I had always assumed they were better than bagged. Even though I used to regularly clean and change the filters they would often overheat, fuse or loose suction. After our last bag-less vacuum died I thought I'd do a bit of research on what to get next. The professional cleaners I asked or read have recommended the Henry for ease of use, reliability and suction so I decided to give him a go and I'm very impressed. Easy to assemble and use. The suction is great and because it has a large bag I don't need to empty it nearly as much as the bag-less ones. It also looks like it doesn't need me to do much maintenance. Great product and British.

Compact and easy to store. Love the cable winder feature built into the lid. Picks up heavy soiling easily.

Henry the hoover is great! We had a Hetty for over ten years, but she finally gave up the ghost. When we bought our replacement Henry, we had to get used to having a boy, but he's versatile and just as competent at all the jobs Hetty used to do for us. Gets in all the nooks and crannys with the additional hose bits, and has enough power for kitchen and living room alike! A great addition to the family! Would recommend to anyone.

I'll always buy a Henry when I need one. They are a decent price, as effective as anything else I've used and convenient. So easy!

I had a Henry before but changed to a cordless which was ok but gone back to henry. The compact one is perfect for me

After looking at reviews for vacuums, and having bought a cordless stick vacuum which wasn't up to the job, I bought the Henry at a great price. The Henry is fab, does exactly what you expect, great cleaning, strong suction, long wire, and good tools for specialised cleaning. The first time i used it i was amazed at how much it picked up, which proves how much my previous vac had left. Quite heavy to lug upstairs, but this is the best vacuum I've ever had...and I've had a Dyson!

This little vacuum really is the king of all hoovers! Better than any other cleaner I have used and it's replaced a Dyson! It has many attachments and it's very lightweight which is great for taking up and down stairs, not that you really need to take it anywhere with its super long cable. Easy to use and sturdy, I'm sure that I will have many years out of this little one. If they made kings out of vacuum cleaners, this would be Henry IX!
