This is my third Henry. I like the simplicity and ruggedness of the products. I like the relative quietness compared to many others I’ve tried. I like the wind up cord. This one is slightly smaller but uses the same bags as the larger ones. My suggested improvements would to include a bag full indicator abdacwayof storing the hose and attachments.

After several attempts of trying to find the right hoover, I decided to buy Henry! Best decision I've made. I am a private cleaner by trade and I have used many hoovers and this is by far the best. Everyone seems to want to go for cordless but for me the battery life doesn't cut it on any of them not even Dyson. This is nice and nippy and easy to pull along and with the long reach hose and attachments you can get into every little area. The extra long cable means you don't have to keep unplugging all the time to reach from room to room. For the price you pay it ticks all the boxes and I cannot grumble at all to say how much you can pay!

Picks up all dirt from carpets laminate flooring the Hoover has a very easy glide, to top it off the hoover hose can be stored upright and neatly on the hoover. Hooray for Henry.

When my Henry arrived i had my fingers and toes crossed that it wouldnt be yet another useless hoover iv bought so many different one cordless bagless and iv been so disappointed with everyone of them . So i couldnt wait to try it out iv had some work done in my bathroom and with the dust ect i thought henry might not be able to clean it up but i am amazed by its suckshon , it was quite easy to use on my stairs. it pulls along smoothly and i love the way the flex goes into the hoover over all i love this Henry , and hope we have a long working life together
