Picks up all dirt from carpets laminate flooring the Hoover has a very easy glide, to top it off the hoover hose can be stored upright and neatly on the hoover. Hooray for Henry.

When my Henry arrived i had my fingers and toes crossed that it wouldnt be yet another useless hoover iv bought so many different one cordless bagless and iv been so disappointed with everyone of them . So i couldnt wait to try it out iv had some work done in my bathroom and with the dust ect i thought henry might not be able to clean it up but i am amazed by its suckshon , it was quite easy to use on my stairs. it pulls along smoothly and i love the way the flex goes into the hoover over all i love this Henry , and hope we have a long working life together

Just what we needed, quick delivery, can’t fault AO or this product.

Such a shame that after 20 years of using a Henry, the structure is much more cheaply made. The plastic used and the moving parts on the attachments, like the main cleaning foot, seems like it’s going to snap. Saying all this the suction’s still fantastic. I will see how these moving parts last, but feel I won’t buy another one in the future, hence my 3 star rating, these stars are for the suction alone.. From a slightly disappointed customer.
