not easy to push and the handle keeps disconnecting because the suction is strong. could do with a click type connector instead of just pushing on. It also twists making it difficult to direct. They should go back to the old design.

In my opinion, It is the best quality vacuum cleaner. It is built so well and the suction is incomparable - it pics up all the hair and even the carpet itself. I wish I had bought one sooner as I would have saved a lot of money over the years.
