I bought Henry for my Mum for Christmas as the cordless vacuum she was using was not working very well and I refused to pay out for another rechargeable battery. I've heard of the excellent reputation and reliability of the Henry family and I hope I won't be disappointed.

Needed a new hoover for a while as our cordless one died. Decided to go back to basics with a Henry and it is fab! Works really well on our slate floors as well as the carpet. Our little boy loves 'helping' with Henry too! Really pleased we chose this product.

I have used Ao a number of times, for various different applicances. They have great communication and keep you informed from order to receiving at the door. They are prompt and the delivery team are great. The latest order arrived on time and the delivery team carried them in for me. The hoovers work great, all brand new boxed, and they were cheaper than anywhere else, I spend quite alot of time shopping around for a good deal and I keep coming back to AO,.,,,very happy...

Now we know why all builders use a Henry... we've only had ours for a couple of weeks but it does a great job!!!

Great suction for a small Hoover. Size a lot smaller than I would normally go for but just as good and not as not as heavy.
