Perfect for what I need it for including cleaning up after kids!!!

Bought this for my mum and she absolutely loves it! Reaches all the places she couldn’t get to before. Would recommend this for yourself or as a gift.

The product arrived when stated in good condition. It all slots together neatly. Suction and cleaning power are good. One of the tools doesn't have a place for storage on the vacuum but other that that very happy.

I finally pensioned off my 20-year old upright and should have done it years ago! Henry is so much quieter, lighter and manoeverable. The suction is unbelievably good - don't leave anything in his path that isn't fastened down!

My vacuum cleaner arrived for free delivery just two days after I ordered - compared to other online stores which offered free delivery in a weeks time. On the day of delivery I got a break down of delivery times, and it arrived promptly when they said it would. Very happy with my purchase. Finally I have a decent hoover that is built to last!
