Great performance from this British made product. Does what it says on the tin. Easy instructions shows how it goes together in different permutations. Full set of tools comes with it.

Really pleased with this vacuum, great suction and works great on carpet and hard floors. Makes cleaning the house so much easier. Previously owned an upright vacuum and found a Henry much easier to use! Only (very) minor gripe is that all the attachments fit onto the holders on the back of the Hoover...except one! Why? All round great vacuum though...really happy! And delivery was so quick!

not easy to push and the handle keeps disconnecting because the suction is strong. could do with a click type connector instead of just pushing on. It also twists making it difficult to direct. They should go back to the old design.
