The product arrived when stated in good condition. It all slots together neatly. Suction and cleaning power are good. One of the tools doesn't have a place for storage on the vacuum but other that that very happy.

I finally pensioned off my 20-year old upright and should have done it years ago! Henry is so much quieter, lighter and manoeverable. The suction is unbelievably good - don't leave anything in his path that isn't fastened down!

After growing up with a family that only every use the best dysons on the market I never thought I’d turn to a Henry - well I can say it was the best thing I ever done! The power and sucksion is the best yet. With a super long cord it allows me to go around the whole house. I couldn’t be happier!

I always loved a Henry hoover so I had to get one as soon as I moved. They are easy to handle and most importantly, they are powerful enough to hoover up dirt. Living in an old house, plugs can be difficult to locate so the 10m cable is very useful. The only slight negative is that it sometimes tips over. No regrets and good value for money compared to other products.
